New commission for LCMF 2018
A new – as yet untitled – commission from London Contemporary Music Festival marks Mitchener’s debut composing for the festival’s orchestra conducted by Jack Sheen. The work nestles amongst world and UK premieres by Chaya Czernowin, Neil Luck (LCMF commission), Gerald Barry, Julius Eastman, Klein, Claudia Molitor and Joseph Kohlmeier.
